How does Donut King Occasions work?

We’re glad you asked! We want to make sure that we make your occasion extra special. There’s no better way to celebrate, send a gift to someone you love, or just say ‘I deserve a treat’ than with donuts.

Step 1: Choose your occasion. You can
also shop by flavour, check out what’s new, or browse our best
sellers.

Step 2: Select a product. We have so many
to choose from!

Step 3: Choose your box size. We have a
small or large option.

Step 4: Personalise! Add a balloon, special occasion box sleeve, edible cut outs or even edible ink pens to draw on your donuts! Cool, right?

Step 5: Order up! Chuck in your details and let us do the rest. What are you waiting for?

Where is DK Occasions located?

We currently deliver across selected areas in QLD!

How many days a week do you deliver?

7 days a week! Sometimes we have to take a few days off though – check out our
public holiday schedule on our home page for any changes.

When do you deliver?

Our next day delivery cut off is 4pm (or earlier if we reach capacity - donuts are so in right now).

Can I track the progress or location of my order?

You will be sent notifications from our friendly delivery service provider once your order has been placed.

Can I click & collect my order?

Donut King Occasions is only available for delivery.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes. $14.95 any time, any place (within a 10km radius and
subject to terms and conditions). But can you really put a price
on delicious donuts delivered to your door?

How far do you deliver?

10km radius of selected postcodes.

Do you include paperwork with deliveries?

No paperwork will be provided, however all details will be emailed to you upon order.

Do you deliver same day?

Not right now – perfection takes time. We do proudly offer next-day delivery! The cut-off for next day delivery orders is 4pm, or earlier if capacity is reached.

Can I select my delivery date and time?

Absolutely! Upon checkout, you will be able to select your date and between order windows.

AHHH, I’ve entered my details wrong on the order!!! S.O.S what do I do?

Please take care to provide accurate delivery details. We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery information. But we get it – it happens to the best of us! Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our very best to fix the issue, however we cannot guarantee that we can change your order.

I changed my mind – I don’t want delicious donuts delivered anymore. How can I cancel my order?

We won’t be mad… we’ll just be disappointed. Here’s our Terms of Service.

How long will the donuts last and how do I store them?

DK Occasions donuts have a 24-hour shelf life, however, are at their best when they are freshly delivered. If your donuts are left for long amounts of time, there will be a noticeable difference. We highly recommend ordering your donuts to arrive for the day you intend on consuming them.

We do not advise storing them in the fridge or freezer.

Can I buy a DK Occasions box pack in a Donut King store?

Whilst we are part of the royal donut family, we operate as a separate and exclusive online offering and you are not able to
purchase a DK Occasions product in a Donut King store.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards just yet. Watch this space!

Do donuts experience loneliness if eaten away from their box mates?

Yes. Donuts have feelings too.

What’s the recommended serving size for donuts?

One donut is the suggested serving size. The average adult daily intake is 8700kJ. The heart wants what the heart wants.

If I balance a donut on my head, will I gain wisdom?

Yes, young doughhopper. Great wisdom comes to those who eat.

How do I stop eating donuts? Asking for a friend.

We do not take responsibility for how delicious our donuts are. Once you dough, you can’t let go.
